Take 1-Soccer and Bowling

This past week was a very busy week for us so I’m going to break up the week in a couple posts since I have a lot of pictures : )

On Monday we went to the bowling birthday party and the kids had a lot of fun. This is Roo and the birthday girl, Maggie.

Roo enjoyed some cake first, but Isaiah was ready to start bowling.

At first Isaiah wasn’t too sure of bowling…

He got two balls stuck and the worker had to come and get them for him, he got better though and towards the end was doing really good.

Roo used the “helper” when she bowled and she said that she did have a good time

She also got a ball stuck in the middle and the worker had to come back out and get it, I bet he was glad to see us leave.

Isaiah also enjoyed some cake about the time we were leaving.

It was crazy and loud, something I’m not good with but I think I did pretty well, although we were out of there right at 6 : )

Roo’s scooter broke a couple of weeks ago and Yogi couldn’t fix it. So we went out and got her a new scooter, this is how she keeps up with the boys around here lol. She won’t give her bike a chance.

The kids played soccer yesterday and well Roo is done with soccer, she keeps saying “whose idea was this?” My reply “yours, you said you wanted to play too”…she really didn’t want to go to the game yesterday but she needs to finish it out and maybe like it better as the season goes on?

This is what most of the game looked like the ball way up front and Roo bringing up the end

Doesn’t she look happy?

Isaiah on the other hand is loving soccer, I’m really surprised by how much he does. He always has the ball in his hands or outside kicking it around. JD and him have spent some time working on it as well. He was goalie first up and stopped a few.

He was disappointed when this one got by him though

He enjoys being an attacker best and really gets after the ball. I’m just so happy to see him loving this, since wrestling was kinda blah to him.

Take 2-Zoo coming up next : )

We do have the "bumper" to help the kids bowling, but not that 'helper". Thanks for sharing with the pics that i know now that there is such a "helper" around in the bowling alley.

I didn't know about the "helper" either till another lady said we need that for the little kids lol...I thought it was pretty cool, we don't go bowling much (ever) : )
