The other thing we did this week between soccer and dance practices was a field trip to the Columbus Zoo. It was a long day; I think chasing after another child is rough on field trips. Isaiah pretty much stuck with the teacher wanting to hear what she had to say about each animal, but Roo well she has decided lately to test her boundaries with me, so it was an interesting day. I know several moms said oh she is doing good, but I don’t know I like for her to listen to me…plus it’s another crowded crazy place and I prolly do hover too much over them, but ya’ll know me…I think I handled it pretty well lol : )

It was such a beautiful day after a long icky spell, even s/he was enjoying the warmth.
On of my favorites, they are just so cute!
I don't know what stops them from coming up to you, you are in there with them.

I got tickled so much watching s/he. There was another trying to get close and s/he would pick up the crate and move away, not gonna share her stick...no way!
The kids tried to catch the baby I don't know how many times, I'm surprised none got it from the momma.
While watching the elephants we seen a familiar site, it's always good to see other Mountaineers.
I think this guy was pretending to sleep in hopes we would go away, the kids were howling at him : )

Most of the time Roo was holding someone's hand from Isaiah's class, or another girl's hand that is younger than her. Even though she is not that much younger than them they like to "look" after her. : )
By this time it was sooo good to take a lunch break, although it didn't seem to last very long lol
S/he was also not going to share the sticks, even started climbing up the cage with the them in its mouth to move away from others.
