This morning I took pictures of some of my knitting over the holidays. I had to put them on the computer a couple at a time/resize/erase originals I prolly could have done more at one time but JD told me not to get below 500MB or was it KB? So I thought I would take it easy. After this post I'll go back and do the same with the WV trip. : )

First up we have some Knitting goodies that I got for Christmas.
-Knitting Stitches by Mary Webb (JD)
-200 Knitting Tips, Techniques, and Trade Secrets by Betty Barnden (JD)
-Tofutsies Collector's Edition Sock Yarn 2008 (mom)
-Charmed Knits (mom)
-The Eclectic Sole (mom)
-Love to Knit Socks (mom)
-It's great to give booklet (MIL)
-Black knitting bag (MIL)
-2 Bea Ellis Hat Kits (mom was suppose to knit on the traditional while I worked on the skier but she started socks and gave me the kit)
-KP's Palette Sock Yarn (this was in a kit for the Alpaca hat, but I thought mittens might be cute so I'm coming up with an idea for mom and me)
-Caron Simply Soft Yarn (MIL)

Sometimes for Christmas I ask JD for knitting supplies. This year though I was all set, so asked him to surprise me, and he did with a very pretty bracelet... but we couldn't get it to stay fastened, so we had to take it back. His first choice for me that was a bangle but he didn't know if I would like it, we went back to his first choice and it's very pretty! Thank you, sweeite : )

Now for some Holiday knitting, while in WV I started and finished the skier hat.

It was a very fast and quick knit.

I also worked on the Snowbird mittens I started back in Nov and finished one.

I also slowly worked on Roo's sweater, now working on the sleeve to join to the body.

cool! I love the mittens & Roos sweater & still think you have plenty of yarn (dont hit) to keep you busy for a while.
Thank you, yeah I have enough to do me for sometime lol...I really need to go through it all! : )
