A knitting post

This post is actually about knitting lol, I finally finished a pair of socks. These are for SAM5, Sockamania, and the first pair in the 52 pair plunge.

Pattern: Rainforest (great pattern)
Yarn: Lisa Souza in Emerald City that has been sitting in my stash for a very long time, I couldn't find the perfect pattern for this...but this works great together.
Needle: Size 1 for the cuff and size 2 for the rest


I might not be very popular in my thoughts on the Emerald City...I know many love the Lisa Souza yarns and it wasn't bad. Just didn't meet my expectations that's ok 'cause neither did Lorna's Laces. I prolly wouldn't buy anymore; to me it's just not worth the cost. Esp when I can buy other yarns at the LYS that I like the feel of better : )

Now I'm going to start another test knit pattern and I think soon I should be able to show you my last test knit, I noticed it was up on Ravelry this morning. Her's is so pretty, I want to make mine again. I used stash yarn and really didn't have the right colors for it. I loved the pattern : )
