Today we spent the evening at the park, finally the sun came out! Isaiah took his bike and Roo took her scooter, we parked at one end and then walked to the play ground.

We stopped at one point to see what Yeager would do close to the water, I had read that they didn’t really care for water or swimming, and Yeager proved me wrong.

Here the family is trying to get out of his way of the shake, I don’t think any of them made it in time.

I also did my part of knitting in public today, I casted on to my second Rainforest sock and that’s as far as I got. JD walked back to get the car and then I was entertained by a lady and her son who wanted to know all about Yeager and wanted to take him home. We came home after that and fixed dinner on the grill.
Yesterday, I went and chose my new dryer; I didn’t need one with all the bells and whistles. Just one to get a load of clothes dry, the other one I knew wouldn’t last to long about a year/two ago when it started taking me 2-3 hrs for a load. I don’t know what to do with a dryer that finishes in an hour; I can tell ya that there are NO dirty clothes in the house woohooo!! They delivered it yesterday afternoon for me : )

Last night we got a thunderstorm and though the wind seemed bad when the rain hit it wasn’t to bad. Isaiah had a friend down and when his mom came to pick him up she said did you see that tree? I went out and there it was the Walnut tree blocking the rest of the driveway to our n’bors that live on up the hill. JD went up to tell them but they were coming in about that time. This afternoon in a mist of rain they cut up enough to clear the driveway and he said he would work on the rest later. I enhanced that photo the next one you can see how dark it was from the rain/storm.

Here is a picture of the bottom of the tree, I wish I had a photo of JD next to the bottom; it was as tall as he is.
Here is the first finished Sockamania sock, now to finish the 2nd and cast on to the Silly Socks : )

I hope you all had a great day of knitting : )

What a lovely place to knit. U got a nice park.
Thank you, Jackie! : )
Wow, what a nice park! Glad you all had a wonderful day.
Congrats on the new dryer. I know your previous one was old, but whenever my new dryer starts to take too long to dry clothes, all I have to do is clean out the vent pipe in the back. The one that goes outside. IT gets crazy full of lint and dog hair :)
