Little boys are made of
Snips and snails, and puppy dogs tails
Today was very pretty and has been all week. We have really been enjoying the swing, knitting, going for walks, and the kids playing. Isaiah has 2 boys close to him and they cut through the woods to get to his house, he has a blast playing with them. I told him today though it was break day and it was nice just sitting in my swing not worrying about someone getting hurt. : )
Boys are not afraid of anything and like to dare the other, let me see you ride your bike off that gravel steep hill. Of course they have to do it ‘cause if they didn’t well that would be wimpy even at 7. : P

This evening, Isaiah found this little snail at first we thought it was an empty shell but after laying by me I found out it wasn’t. We placed it on the grass and the kids thought it was awesome and of course wanted it for their new pet : )
I have been working on Roo’s top some but not as much. I finally started a sock for April and working on it. The yarn has been in my stash for a long time, it looked so pretty in the skein that I had to find the perfect pattern for it. I thought Sydney would be and printed the pattern out several months ago, now I’m not to sure…I’ll prolly stick with it because I don’t hate it and I need a sock finished. The Tofutsies said 8sts per inch with a size 2 needle; I don’t know how they got that with this yarn. I’m using size 0s for 8sts per inch.

I’m still digging the new way of purling and I haven’t done any crocheting. I did find another bag that I like better but not till Roo’s top is over and my socks are done.
I hope you guys are having warm temps and getting to enjoy the outdoors with some knitting!! : )
*I now see that Sydney pattern has been taking down, maybe to change something? Not sure…I did change the toe and plan to change the heel…but wonder should I start another sock and wait to see what the changes are* the link will take you to ravelry
