Aperture Value

I’ve been reading tutorials on how to make my pictures better.  As you may be able to tell I love capturing memories.  The last time we bought a camera I wanted a nice camera that would be able to take nice pictures for me.   This feature has come in very handy but I know my camera could do  better, I just gotta figure out how.

First I learned about Aperture and how much light to be let in and not let in.  Next I’ll learn about shutter speed.  My goal is to use the M on my little camera dial and set the camera how I want it…not what it thinks.

Here are the pictures I took one day adjusting my light, it took some figuring so I’ll show the good, the bad, and the ugly of my experiment  :D

See how the background is blurred? That’s by setting it low  to cause like a large pupil and all it can focus on is Roo.

Playing football with dad but see the blurry hand? That should be fixed when I learn shutter speed and it’s a little dark…

Can you tell who doesn’t complain about having another picture taken? Now to remember what I learned about this…can you see a change? Better/worse? :D
