Uh...flowers?

My mind is kinda in a fog today,I think I even had the lady checking me out concerned when she had to repeat (who knows how many times) "please hit the green button" to snap me back. I'm not sure what it is maybe old age has already started the day after turning 30 lol.

So since my mind is in a fog I can't think of a title today all I could think of was 'flowers' : )

I had a really nice birthday, I didn't go anywhere (my choice), got to enjoy our deck, knitted some, and had a wonderful cook out with my family. They even cleaned up for me.

I showed you guys what my parents brought up to me here...


JD's parents got me this, I think its too pretty to eat. I made the kids take from the back last night lol

This past weekend we did more yard work and scrubbed the smallest fish pond out (ok really JD did that 'cause it was gross but I gave him support while I watched). I did get brave enough to try the riding lawn mower again (ok JD decided it was time for me to try again). It wasn't too bad I still prefer to push though.


We also got some flowers and got them planted

Today it is very cloudy and looks like rain at any minute, the kids are still enjoying being able to get out though.


Roo has out grown her bike, the thing is that this is the first year she has rode it...before she wouldn't go near it. Now that she will ride it she needs a bigger one. Makes me wonder though if she would go near a bigger one.

Ok so I know you are thinking but what did JD get you? He gave me choices and I replied "just get me some candy"


he did and also the Sobe water that I L-O-V-E


then I got some cute sandals and a shirt along with the dinner yesterday and clean up.


It was a wonderful day! Thank you all for the gifts/cards/thoughts. : )
