A Surprise and birthday party

Monday is Isaiah's birthday but today we had a party for him, in the past it has been just family. This year he was so excited to invite a few kids down.

I also got a very nice surprise, we were standing outside talking to Jackson's dad when a familiar vehicle turned up our driveway, it didn't sink in till JD said "Umm isn't that your parents?" I couldn't believe it there was dad driving mom up the driveway I think I actually started to hop around : )

This was my dads first visit to our brand new home, my grandfather lately has had to have some extra watch so when mom makes the trip he stays home with Papa, but lately Papa has been doing better so they slipped off to our place today. I told him good way to make me cry!

We decorated the table for the party and had pizza, cake, ice cream, and juice. I forgot to pull out the chips : )

The kids played outside for awhile and enjoyed a very fun spirited apple war game before heading inside for rehearsal : )

This is Conner, Kylie, and JD giving it a go. Kylie is so shy and then Conner was afraid he wouldn't be able to get the hang of it, but with JD help they got through the song : )

Roo then joined in and sang a song for us all

We then enjoyed some cake and ice cream

Isaiah then opened his gifts

The boys were then given the okey dokey to pop the balloons what was I thinking?

It has been a very pretty day here today, the girls enjoyed it by sitting on the hay chit chatting.

Isaiah and Jackson in the field with the cows, trying to make a fort out of hay

Of course the cows are there to over see it 'cause one they are very nosy creatures and two 'cause they want to eat their hay.

Now to go enjoy some watching of football with JD and knitting time.

Happy Birthday, Isaiah. I was so excited to surprize them on Saturday. Tilman and I were wore out by the time we got back. We went straight to the home to see PaPa. He was doing good. Seems stronger every day.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! ISAIAH. LOVE YOU
