So I give you my Alpaca mitten, ain't it cute? I have to say though that I'm not really liking the different colors though it doesn't really fit me. I like two colors...see how I tried to work the OCD into the mittens do you see the pattern? It didn't help though it's still irking me.

I love the back of the mittens aren't the little alpacas the cutest...but again those different colors, eek...
Typically though being this far I would just leave it and move on to my next project dad's sweater (Happy Birthday, I love you!!) but what's that? something is wrong? where?

hrmm the front looks ok on my hand...
the back?? Oh yeah, now I see, in my rush and excitement to design the mitten (charts are from a hat kit) I forgot to put in a thumb!!
Well I guess this time rushing helped me 'cause now I have to frog it...they will be returning again shortly in 2 colors..and yes with a thumb. : )
I hope you all have a wonderful day of knitting!!

I really like your thumbless mitten, lol. The colors look good together and the pattern on the back with the little repeating alpacas is cute, cute.
I get myself in a rush sometimes too because I want to finish something and after all, there's only so many hours in a day and so much I want to knit.
You keep inspiring me... this is the year I'm going to do some color knitting.
Dustina, I LIKE the colors together--very fall. I'd certainly NOT frog, but TRY an afterthought thumb. You're such a clever knitter, I'm SURE you can do this and make it look FANTASTIC!!!
I really like them, with all the bright coloring.
Thanks everyone! I cut my knitting yesterday and they now have a thumb, pictures to follow soon. I'm still not sure about the colors though lol : )
Suzy~You can do it, it's very easy. Tension is the key thing. I can't wait to see yours! : )
