Christmas Question Fun

I seen this on One Knitty's blog and keep forgetting to answer and post it here! : )

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper for the kids, gift bags for the adults (I recycle gift bags is that bad?) : )

2. Real tree or Artificial? Artifical, we used to get a live tree but Roo and me would end up with the same sick every year, someone suggested it may be the tree...so the next year put up an artificial and no sickness

3. When do you put up the tree? I like to put ours up the Saturday after Thanksgiving

4. When do you take the tree down? When JD can't take it anymore : )

5. Do you like eggnog? ICK

6. Favorite gift received as a child? A doll that had brown eyes and blonde hair, she was larger than most dolls and I named her Rachel

7. Hardest person to buy for? JD and then Isaiah...

8. Easiest person to buy for? Roo she wants it all

9. Do you have a nativity scene? Yep, my dad built the barn for me : )

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Yep, I try to get them out after Thanksgiving, this year it was later. I love to get them too and hang them on the door facings lol

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I'm not sure..it was prolly some kind of clothing though

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? I can't choose just one...I love them all : )

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? In January

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? uhh well...hrmm

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Meatballs (hint to Wilma) Pretzel Salad (hint to Kathie) : )

16. Lights on the tree? No other way

17. Favorite Christmas song? Mary did you know? and umm Oh Holy night and a slew of others : )

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? We are usually home for Christmas Day.

19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer? Yep, it comes from hearing 'Twas the night before Christmas every year.

20. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Growing up we could open one on Christmas Eve...we usually let the kids do this now and then everything else on Christmas Day. The kids actually get an extended Christmas by the time they hit WV.

21. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? People with negative attitudes, just do your own thing and don't stomp on my holiday cheer : )

22. Favorite ornament theme or color? I have this ornament of an ol' fashioned Santa...it's just his head but I love it and my cardinal. We have a WVU themed tree, Coca Cola themed tree, Raggedy Ann/Kitchen theme tree, the others are just ornaments.

23. What do you want for Christmas this year? I'm not sure...

24. Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel on most...Star on some..Santa on one : )

25. Favorite Christmas dinner? We always have Turkey with all the trimmings : )
