After finishing the crocheted flowers, I remembered this bookmark. I always thought it was so pretty and decided to try it. After a few phone calls home yesterday and some help from Julie on KH…I have a completed Fan Bookmark YAY!!
I still have to finish my matching sock to the Flower Socks lol. I need to do that by Tuesday, they are the ones I’m using for SAM 5.
I mentioned earlier that I always wanted to crochet this shawl from Stitch Diva, but then I seen this one. It looks a lot like the other one but something is different that I think I may like more. Not sure if I’m ready for the shawl though. I’ll figure that out after I send mom the bookmark to look over. : )
The sun is out today and looks so warm and inviting. I can’t wait till I can knit outside again!

Wow! I've been thinking that learning how to crochet would be good for edgings and such. Congrats on a successful attempt this go-round! The bookmark looks GREAT!
