This year we had a total of 15 trees and I still have to get lights on 2 of them, prolly won’t happen. :D
So how do I get them up without pulling my hair out?
If you know me…really know me. You know I don’t like chaos at all. That is one reason the trees go up so fast, I can’t stand having my house in chaos while everything is going up.
I know where everything is. It doesn’t take long before it is all pulled out.
I have bins and ornament boxes like these labeled with each tree, each garland, each light strand, and each ornament box is labeled with what tree it goes on. The bins are all stored in the garage on the shelf so they are very easy to get to ; )
and this is what Gideon does when it is all said and done. He is my shadow in this process but on Sunday he couldn’t take it anymore. I left him in the living room that morning and he didn’t get up till Jackson arrived lol.
However, in the process of decorating we never forget the true reason of season. Tomorrow, Roo will be an angel and Isaiah will be a shepherd as they take the stage at the local church : )
