It’s time for football!

On Saturday, Isaiah had his first game.  Now most of you guys know how much I love the way this football organization is run.  If you don’t, let me tell you - it is very, let me repeat that, very un-organized.  We have shown up to practices only to learn the coaches decided to take off for the fair, we have shown up at football fields and waited around until we heard wrong field.  We have found out about about scrimmages from the other school, good stuff :D



So on Saturday I was not surprised that when we showed up at 10:30 for the 11:00 game to warm up….

Finally a little after 11:30 we got the game started, Isaiah is in the back by the coach in the white/navy shirt.


 
 
A few of the decisions kinds left us confused in the stands here they are punting but see how far back Isaiah is?? No, they could not kick it that far.  Another time they didn’t do the punt but put it on the wrong 40, the coaches never noticed they had longer to run.

Now I’m all for sitting out to make sure everyone gets equal playing time but when its the same 3/4 players every time?? Tends to frustrate the boys some.  I have learned this year its all in who you know or what your last name carries up here.  :D




 
The game ended in a win for the boys and they all seem to have a good time, which in the end is all that matters!  :D
