Mother's Day brunch

On Saturday Roo and I went to a Mother-Daughter brunch at the church that I did M&Ms with.  It was a lot of fun and she had a good time.  She wanted to get all dressed up for it and even wore her white gloves : )

We started out with brunch there, was a lot of sweet food, the crackers were Roo's 2nd trip back.

They had contests on different handbags, here the lady was trying to get a child to get in her bag, so she could win heaviest.

I won for most unique with my Elvis, high heel bag

The little girls then went up front to sing "Jesus Loves Me"

Roo left her seat next to me to go sit with Chanelle, she is also in the rising start routine.  She helped calm Ruthie down after our first practice on Thursday.  Ruthie was feeling a little overwhelmed, Chanelle came up and gave her a hug at the end.  Roo thinks she is the berries

This group performed for the first time, I think they were Southern Wind.  They sounded really good!

Roo and Leslie

Here is the gang: Chanelle, Ruthie, Leslie, and Olivia

They decided to add hats, but Olivia

Isaiah seemed to enjoy his quiet time at home without Ruthie but think he was happy to see us return : )

We have baby green cherries!! I hope a frost doesn't get them

Another bush has started to bloom

I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend!

Blogger and me are not getting along today, I did the update on it and things are changed. You would think these changes would make blogging easier but so far it hasn't! : P
