For some reason spring has already gotten tired of bringing us sun filled days with a touch of warmth to them. I'm not sure why it decided we needed a reminder of winter, but I hope spring decides to return soon! I was getting used to sitting outside with my knitting : )
Last week was crazy on Monday, Roo was home with tummy issues and by that afternoon she was fine and back to diddling around. She never ran a fever so come Tuesday I sent her to school, that evening again she was fine and diddling. On Wednesday she woke up sick, couldn't keep anything down. This lasted till the afternoon when again she was fine and was helping me make rag balls. I called the Dr that morning and they said it was going around in town and Roo's symptoms were right on, she was able to go back to school on Thursday and is doing much better.
Thursday I worked the book fair with one of my favorite people, Shirley. She was raised in WV too and I really enjoy chatting with her about back there.
Thursday evening we started off with rain but then ended up with ice hitting the windows.
Friday we woke up to snow and a 2-hr delay, which meant I didn't have to go in for popcorn day.
Even Sallie and Missy were disappointed they have been enjoying laying in the sun too
Today the sun is back out but still cold...however, I think this coming week is suppose to warm up. I hope so!

Pls keep warm. Hope Roo wil be OK soon, and u can knit outdoor and the furry friends can enjoy the warm too.
