Snowy Weekend

We were suppose to head to WV on Friday but due to the weather and etc we decided to stay put. Roo got off the bus very upset 'cause she knew they were suppose to have snow. Most kids like snow (like Isaiah it could mean a snow day) but to Roo it's magical her whole face lights up like its her own little gift from God.

We didn't wake up to the snow like they had in WV but it was enough to make Roo happy.

After lunch the kids headed out and the first thing they did was make snow angels

The barn cats didn't really care for the snow

Brutus enjoyed playing with the kids they were out there the biggest part of the day

I set up a little shelter for the cats on the deck and Missy stays there most of the time. She is prolly my favorite and I have her a little spoiled, but don't tell the others ; )

I've mentioned before that cows are nosey creatures, here you can see them watching the kids play. This will be our last weekend with the cows they are ready to move on... so the guy will be here in a little bit for them. What will entertain me now? What will I blog about? : )

Isn't snow a special treat when you are little :) The kids certainly enjoyed it. But glad to hear you stayed home and off the roads. It looked like WV got hit pretty bad.
Merry Christmas!!

What a storm for December, huh? Your cows just want to know what's going on? They want in on the fun too :) Have a great holiday!
