Go away Bug!

Last week was another rough week here as we fought the sickness bug that has taken over the school, town, and my house! Isaiah had to miss school on Tuesday and I’m hoping this week he has a full week. I didn’t start to feel human again till about Thursday and then Roo started saying her ear was hurting her but it wasn’t all the time and she was playing in between, so I wasn’t for sure what was going on. However after Friday night we knew she was in pain so I took her to Urgent Care on Saturday, I don’t like going there and figured a long wait but we beat the crowd, they were starting to pour in as we left. The Dr told me that this thing just doesn’t wanna let go about the time your child thinks they are better it hits them again with something else, I know that’s true we have going through the ups and downs of this since President’s Weekend. I then went to CVS to get it filled and really thought prolly another wait but it was very fast, Thank you Molly! By the time night fell you could see a difference in Roo and by yesterday it was like it never happened. I told Isaiah that he is to use his hand sanitizer after touching everything lol and not to bring another germ home lol, the spray I have can only do so much.


We did go out this weekend so Isaiah could get his game that he has been saving for. He decided to go with Guitar Hero World Tour and they have had a blast with it. Roo has also been enjoying singing along or like above dancing along. I’ve also gave it a try and JD has been helping Isaiah unlock more songs. Roo was able to take her money and get the Barbie she has been wanting, it seems Santa brought the wrong one and so she had to get the right one.

I haven’t really felt like knitting much till this weekend, I need to finish up JD’s other sock since he only got one for Valentines Day : )

Today I have to get caught up on the house work that has fell to the side since I became sick, and then hopefully I can work on some knitting.
