This is a photo of what it looked like after I was done, minus the magazines I have also decided to give away, I forgot to put those in the photo. My stash had taking on a life of its own and I was starting to feel that feeling of it slowly closing me in. The 2 trash bags are filled with yarn and needles, the white grocery bag is filled with lace/finger weight yarns, and the brown bag filled of skein wrappers/left over yarn/baggies that held yarns/etc.
I got rid of all the little labels that had lost their skein of yarn, all those pieces left of yarn that I would do something with one day, I frogged projects that had been in there for over a year, and yarn that I couldn’t remember what I was going to do with or didn’t think I would use.
I’m going to give it to mom when she comes up for Easter (minus the brown bag) and she will pass it on to her friend that I know will use it all and put it to good use for her grandkids and hopefully for herself. Now the question is where do I store it till mom gets here?
I hope you all have a great day of knitting : )
