A lovely gift and progress...

This weekend when mom came up for a visit she had a very neat gift for me. Earlier this month at Hawks Nest they had spinners group/meeting. She went since she is starting to spin and Margaret Radcliffe was there.

She is the author of The Knitting Answer Book and you can visit her website at maggiesrags.com. The book is very well done and is just the perfect size to drop into a knitting bag. The best part is look inside, pretty neat huh?



Also I’m going up the leg on my sock now, its knitted flat and then I will have flowers to close it up on the cuff.
