A Sunshiny Day

Today the sun is shinning woohoo, hopefully it will melt the snow away. Isaiah didn’t have school on Friday due to our last snow/ice fall. It worked out well for me cause I wasn’t feeling to well and he was a big help to me. Thankfully, I’m feeling better today and hoping that no one else comes down with whatever this was.

I started working on the Moc-a-Soc yesterday while watching the Mountaineers basketball game with JD. I had the hardest time with this, my mind couldn’t even figure out what a M1 was. The turn rows had to be ripped out several times before it finally made sense, and I couldn’t remember how to fix my gauge from 7sts to 8sts...did this mean I would go up a needle or down a needle? Cold meds can be so mean to knitters lol this morning though the pattern made sense and I have a cute little moc-a-soc bootie.

Also, this morning we had several of our n’bors stop by. They are the reason why even if I did have a green thumb; my flowers would still not grow. They like to munch on the flowers I do try to grow. We usually see them on a daily basis when it is warmer but I don’t really like them coming this close to the house. I like to see them out in the field where I don’t walk. They are cute though!

I hope you guys have a good day of knitting! : )
